Live visualization
Smooth real-time preview on compatible devices using GPU processing for maximum performance.
No accounts. No ads. No tracking.
Camera processing stays entirely on your device. Only crash diagnostics (Sentry) help us improve stability.
Clear compatibility messaging
If your device doesn't support required graphics features, the app shows a clear "device not supported" message.
Questions, answered.
Does VeinExplorer upload my camera feed?
No. The live camera preview is processed on your device only. We do not store, record, or upload camera frames under any circumstances.
What data do you collect?
No analytics, no accounts, no ads. Only anonymized crash diagnostics via Sentry to fix bugs, configured to avoid any PII collection.
Why might it not work on my phone?
Some devices don't support the required GPU/shader features, or may have camera or driver limitations. The app will clearly inform you if your device is unsupported.
Can I request a refund if it's incompatible?
Yes. If the app doesn't work due to device incompatibility, you can request a refund through Google Play, subject to Google Play's refund policy and local law.
We'll help you get set up.

Crash reports (Sentry): To improve stability, the App uses Sentry for crash reporting. When the App crashes, Sentry may collect diagnostic information such as app version, device model, OS version, and crash logs.
No IP address or other direct identifiers are intentionally collected by CoreLabs. We configure crash reporting to avoid collecting personally identifiable information (PII).
3. What we do NOT collect
- Analytics or usage tracking events
- Advertising identifiers
- Contacts, messages, photos, or files
- Account information (no login required)
4. How we use information
We use crash report diagnostics to detect and fix bugs and improve performance and compatibility.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. Crash diagnostics are processed by Sentry as our service provider for the sole purpose of crash reporting and debugging.
6. Data retention
Camera frames are not stored by us. Crash reports are retained only as needed for debugging, according to Sentry retention settings.
7. Permissions
The App requests Camera permission to provide real-time preview and on-device processing.
8. Children's privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
