We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Intended use

The App enhances live camera imagery for educational visualization, learning, and personal curiosity. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, monitor, cure, or prevent any condition.

4. Device compatibility and results

The App relies on device hardware, camera quality, graphics support, lighting, movement, and skin characteristics. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or consistent results in every environment.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the App for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation or security, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

6. Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue App features as the product and platform evolve.

7. Purchases and refunds

Purchases and refunds are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play policies and applicable consumer law.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsoNeva is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.
