1. Overview
VeinExplorer (“the App”) is provided by IsoNeva (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App.
2. Camera images
The App requires camera access to provide its live preview and visual enhancement. Live camera frames are processed on your device. VeinExplorer does not upload your camera images or record audio.
If you choose to capture a screenshot, the resulting image is saved to your device gallery according to the permissions you grant. We do not receive that image.
3. Accounts and personal information
No account or login is required. We do not ask for your name, contacts, messages, precise location, or advertising identifier to operate the App.
4. Diagnostics
Crash and performance diagnostics may be processed to help us identify bugs, improve stability, and understand device compatibility. This may include technical information such as App version, device model, operating-system version, and crash logs. Diagnostic information is handled by our service providers under their applicable policies and retention settings.
5. How information is used
Diagnostic information is used only to troubleshoot failures, improve performance, and support compatibility. We do not sell camera images or personal information.
6. Permissions
Camera access is required for the live visualization. Optional flashlight and gallery-related permissions support illumination and saving screenshots. You can revoke permissions in Android settings, though related features may stop working.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security and retention
Camera frames are not retained by us. Diagnostic information is kept only as needed for debugging, security, and service improvement, subject to provider retention settings. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the App evolves. The date above will show when the latest version took effect.
